The Dumpling Room

The Dumpling Room transforms an existing street-front tenancy into a bright, welcoming and highly functional restaurant environment. The design was developed around the operational needs of a compact hospitality space, balancing customer seating, circulation, food preparation and service within a limited footprint.

A clean and restrained material palette gives the dining area a light and contemporary character, while the open kitchen maintains a strong visual connection between food preparation and the customer experience. Integrated services, lighting, ventilation and back-of-house requirements were carefully coordinated to support the everyday operation of the restaurant.

The completed fit-out creates an efficient and approachable neighbourhood venue, bringing clarity, comfort and renewed identity to the existing commercial tenancy.
