The Enclave Residences

The Mews Residences is a completed townhouse development delivered through an integrated design and construction process. 

The development is organised along a private internal accessway, allowing a series of individual residences to establish their own entries and identities while remaining part of a cohesive overall composition. A restrained palette of charcoal brickwork, white rendered walls and dark metal detailing creates consistency throughout the development, while variations in building height and form respond to the position of each dwelling within the site.

Carefully considered access, landscaping and dwelling orientation support privacy and everyday functionality across the development. The completed project demonstrates a coordinated approach to residential planning, approvals, documentation and construction, carrying the original design intent through to the finished built outcome.
