The Garden Row

The Garden Row is a completed townhouse development delivered from initial design through to construction. The project involved the demolition of the original dwelling and the redevelopment of the site as a contemporary multi-residential development.

The design establishes a cohesive residential character through a restrained combination of brickwork, light upper-level cladding and simple pitched roof forms. Individual entries, landscaped setbacks and clearly defined dwelling frontages create a domestic scale while allowing the overall development to read as a unified composition.

Internally, the homes are planned around practical, light-filled living spaces with direct connections to private outdoor areas. A neutral material palette, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, generous glazing and straightforward detailing support comfortable everyday living while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance.

By coordinating design, documentation and construction as a complete project delivery process, the development demonstrates an integrated approach from the transformation of the original site through to the finished homes.
