The Reframed Warehouse

The Reframed Warehouse transforms an existing industrial building into a contemporary and more refined commercial facility while retaining the functional requirements of the original warehouse use. The design reworks the street-facing elevation through a clear composition of new cladding, glazing and articulated building volumes, giving the property a stronger and more professional architectural presence.

A new upper-level expression introduces generous glazing and crisp white cladding, contrasting with the more robust textured treatment surrounding the warehouse entry below. The large loading access remains central to the building’s operation, while the upgraded façade, pedestrian entry and office-oriented elements establish a clearer distinction between industrial and administrative functions. Through a restrained material palette and carefully proportioned openings, the project demonstrates how an existing warehouse can be renewed without losing its practical industrial character.
