The Threefold Site

The Threefold Site is an approved residential subdivision design developed for a vacant battle-axe allotment with access opportunities from two street frontages. The approved arrangement divides the original site into three functional residential parcels while responding to the site’s access conditions, significant level change and surrounding low-density residential context.

Each parcel has been configured to accommodate an indicative future dwelling footprint, private open space, landscaping and parking for two vehicles. The subdivision strategy also coordinates individual access requirements, carriageway conditions, site services and stormwater drainage to support the independent future development of each residential lot.
