Y2 Design Vista is a Sydney-based design practice creating considered places to live and work. Our portfolio spans residential transformations, new homes and multi-dwelling developments, alongside subdivisions and selected commercial projects. DESIGN & VISUALISATION
From early feasibility and concept design through to detailed construction documentation, we develop considered solutions shaped around your brief, site and budget. 3D modelling and rendering help bring each proposal clearly into view.
APPROVALS & DOCUMENTATION
We prepare coordinated documentation for DA, CDC and Construction Certificate pathways, responding to relevant NCC, LEP, DCP, SEPP and Australian Standards while maintaining the quality and intent of the design.
PROJECT COORDINATION
We communicate closely with certifiers, planners, engineers and specialist consultants, coordinating information, design queries and revisions to help move each project smoothly from design through construction and readiness for use.
